Additionally, there is a bike boom going on which means that should your bike need repairs, parts take time to get, so PLEASE go to one of the three Keswick Cycles locations WAY before race day!

"Multi person/family discount means that you get $10 off the total registration fees when signing up more than 3 runners for the any of the runs besides the kid's run or walk". The "Multi person/family discount" will be automatically taken off once three runners are registered when registering them all at the same time!
No mailing of awards or shirts. If you have to leave the race early for ANY reason, you must notify us to save your award. If you do not, we cannot hold/store awards and will likely be given to a race day entry or someone else. It is simply too much to hold/store & inventory the awards.
Note: If you are registered for this race and you registered in time to choose a t shirt size BUT you are unable to run for whatever reason, you will NEED TO CONTACT us BEFORE RACE DAY and let us know if you'd like us to hold on to your reserved giveaway (t shirt) for you to pick up at a future Scoogie Event. If you do not do this, we cannot hold your shirt and it will be given to someone that registered after the deadline. We cannot mail shirts.
A racer email will be sent out on Monday September 27th detailing everything that you need to know about packet pick up and race day details.

This event is a rain/shine event.
NOTE: We do not issue any refunds, transfers or credits for any reason. We have the right to revise or cancel the race due to emergency or weather issue....(but we really hope this doesn't happen:-)
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING COVID:
Should the pandemic get worse in the coming months before this event, we will not issue refunds but rather make the event a virtual event.
You will still receive all the normal Scoogie swag.
All Swag will be able to be picked up at the first few events that we are able to have.

It's a VERY SHORT walk.
(and pretty).
It will take you five minutes.
But we NEED the parking spaces for the adults.
Simply take a left on New Galena Rd (when leaving Sailor's Point)
and then take your first left.
It's about 100 yards on your left.
Then walk the trail towards the lake back to Sailor's Point.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING MANDATORY BIKE CHECK FOR KIDS ONLY:
ALL kids will need to have their bikes & helmets checked prior to race day!
There will be bike check on race day BUT if too many wait until race day, the lines may be way too long.
NO KID will be allowed into the transition area without the approved smiley face sticker you receive at Keswick Cycle when you get your bikes checked.
A couple of important added notes about the race:
~Your timing chip will be on your ANKLE (using a Velcro strap). But, it’s important that you return the ankle strap & chip after you cross the finish line. There will be a volunteer at the finish line assisting you with your strap.
~If you are competing as a TEAM…(either 2 or 3 teammates), you will transfer the timing chip strap to the next team member for their portion of the race. You will not transfer your race bib, that stays on you the whole time!
~Helmets ARE required.

This parking lot is on the NORTH SIDE off of New Galena Rd and it's called SAILOR’S POINT.
This is NOT THE MAIN PEACE VALLEY PARK ENTRANCE (South side)
The entrance to this lot is off of NEW GALENA ROAD!
It's called SAILOR’S POINT!
We strongly advise that you google AND PLAN BEFORE RACE DAY exactly where you need to go!
PLEASE: NO PARKING ON THE GRASS ANYWHERE!
(The Rangers strictly enforce this!)
We think that GPS works best BUT, should you not have access to GPS or you prefer written directions....here ya go:
To SAILOR'S POINT @ Peace Valley Park from Doylestown/Route 313:
Travel on Route 313 (away from Doylestown, towards Quakertown), past Ferry Road. Turn LEFT onto New Galena Road (just after NOVA Thrift Shop). In 1.7 miles TURN LEFT to stay on New Galena Road. This is the entrance to Peace Valley Park. Continue on this section of New Galena Road for ~1 mile until you see Sailor's Point Parking Area. There will be a parking attendant there to direct you. Do not park on any grass.
To SAILOR'S POINT @ Peace Valley Park from Quakertown/Route 313:
Travel on Route 313 (away from Quakertown, towards Doylestown) turn RIGHT onto New Galena Road (just before the Nova Thrift Shop. In 1.7 miles TURN LEFT to stay on New Galena Road. This is the entrance to Peace Valley Park. Continue on this section of New Galena Road for ~1 mile until you see Sailor's Point Parking Area. There will be a parking attendant there to direct you. Do not park on any grass.
