Their mission is to reduce poverty and partner with our community to promote economic self-sufficiency.

Overall TOP THREE winners (male & female), plus top three males & females in each age category: 
10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 60-69, 70-79, BRAND NEW AGE GROUP: 80-89 (because your 80's and the new 60's!)
No mailing of awards or shirts. 
Again, no mailing of awards or shirts. You MUST pick up your award before you leave.  If you do not, we cannot hold/store awards and it will likely be given to a race day entry or someone else. It is simply too much to hold/store & inventory the awards. 
Note: If you are registered for this race and you registered in time to choose a shirt BUT you are unable to run for whatever reason, you will NEED TO CONTACT us BEFORE RACE DAY and let us know if you'd like us to hold on to your reserved shirt for you to pick up at a future Scoogie Event. If you do not do this, we cannot hold your shirt and it will be given to someone that registered after the deadline (1/12, or when sold out). We cannot mail shirts!
Packet Pick details will be emailed 5 days before this event.
Runners may pick up their packets on race morning but it is advised that they pick them up at packet pick up the day before to avoid lines on race day.

ANOTHER EXCITING SCOOGIE EVENTS PROGRAM:
~~Scoogie Events MULTI-FAMILY & FRIENDS Program": Save $10 when you register 3 people or more at this event:-) 
"Multi person/family discount means that you get $10 off the total registration fees when signing up 3 or more runners for the any of the runs besides the kid's run or walk". The "Multi person/family discount" will be automatically taken off once three runners are registered when registering them all at the same time!

 


IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING WEATHER: 
This event is a rain/shine event. 
This means that if it rains (and as long as the temperature isn’t low enough to freeze any surfaces), this event IS A GO…even in the rain….”skin is waterproofπŸ˜€β€ 
In the event that we experience bad weather such as snow or ice or any weather that would cause the course to be unsafe, we will cancel the event. 
There will be no refunds due to the fact that at this point all of the expenses for a race of this magnitude have been paid for. 
There will be no refunds. Your swag (medal & t-shirt) will be held able to be picked -up a yet to be determined SWAG pick up.
It’s important to understand that IF we need to cancel this event due to extreme weather, we will not issue any refunds and we will not reschedule the event this year.
NOTE: We do not issue any refunds, transfers or credits for any reason. We have the right to revise or cancel the race due to emergency or weather issue....(but we really hope this doesn't happen:-)
