RACE DAY IS NOW

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING OUR WEATHER PROTOCOL:
This event is a rain/shine event.
This means that if it rains (and as long as the temperature isnβt low enough to freeze any surfaces), this event IS A GOβ¦even in the rainβ¦.βskin is waterproofπβ
In the event that we experience bad weather such as snow or ice or any weather that would cause the course to be unsafe, we will cancel the event and make it a virtual.
Finisherβs medals & hoodies will be able to be picked up at the next event.
There will be no refunds due to the fact that at this point all of the expenses for a race of this magnitude have been paid for.
Again, we do not issue any refunds, transfers or credits for any reason.
We have the right to revise or cancel the race due to emergency or weather issue....
(but we really hope this doesn't happen:-)
